I was super excited when I was able to get this book. The summary was interesting, and I am so glad I read this book. Kyle and Kelsey have written a story that you'll treasure. One that will encourage you, and you will want to pass along.
I love when I find books talking about saving yourself for your future husband, and telling you how God is your true love. The Chase is definitely one of those books. Kelsey and Kyle explain in each of  the chapters what it's like to be single, how they stayed sexually pure until their wedding night, how they waited for each other, the difficulties of waiting for their spouse, and more. Not to pursue constantly after guys, and the let them lead you. To pursue God first. It is full of how scripture tells us to wait ("Women....do not awaken love before it's time. -Song of Songs) and the stories of those who have made mistakes, and those who have waited. A must read for any single girl, I definitely suggest you go and get a copy.

This is the first Bible study I've done by Joanna Weaver. I was excited to get this study, and surprised at some of the lessons she made. Joanna has some great pieces of wisdom. In the videos, the insight she gives is eye opening. Joanna shows you the "Behind the Scenes" to Israel, letting you get a glimpse to the meanings behind Scriptures, and how it applies to us.
I've really enjoyed Lazarus Awakening. This study will offer many gems of wisdom to you. As the author guides you to see the many miracles and lessons in Israel, you will see how amazing God is.

This is the second book I have read by R J Larson, and I must say that I really liked Queen. The story and characters were wonderfuly written, and I enjoyed this second book in the series. The author does an excellent job keeping the story moving and exciting. I couldn't put the book down, and I must say that any reader who loves fantasy and Biblical fiction, will love this book.
For those who have already read some of R J Larson's works, you will not be disappointed. And for new readers; A retelling mix of the Bible stories, you will find a new way to look at Biblical fiction.

Over the Bridge

 



Zane is the second oldest out of three brothers. As he continues on in the race across Liberty, Zane and his best friend Jovan are searching for one more person for their team. At their first waypoint, they hear a rumor about a blacksmith who wants to move west. A visit to the forge brings one surprise after another, and as the two cousins and their new companion travel on, myths and legends come to life.

 Book Three is about the second oldest brother, Zane. He is quiet, keeps to himself, and VERY adventurous. As he is looking for another traveling partner, the blacksmith who is wanting to go out West is not exactly what he was expecting.
 I've read the first two books in C J Milbrandt's Byway series, and they have been very entertaining and adventurous. I read them over and over as I traveled across the country, and loved it. The book is geared to newer readers, but any book lover will enjoy this adventure. Mythical creatures, a race, and an unexpected companion make this book a must read for any adventurer. I definitely suggest the Byway series to readers of any age.

I just picked up a copy of DragonSpell the other day. I have only read one of Donita K. Paul's book, One Realm Beyond, which was ok, but the Dragon Keeper Series looked pretty interesting. A five book series, the main character is on a journey of new life and adventure.
I loved how the author entwined spiritual truths and lessons of a Christian. The fight between good and evil, the enemy twisting his lies into what sounds like truth, a loving master. Though many deceptions come there way, their commitment to Wulder will help them see the truth.
I really enjoyed this book. It was fun, exciting, and kept me glued to the pages. I would suggest this book to any who loves dragons, and adventure.
